The Tennis Buddies program is a partnership of athletes with disabilities and tennis enthusiasts in the Omaha and Lincoln communities. This program supplements the tennis opportunities provided to the athletes via Special Olympics Nebraska

The Tennis Buddies train throughout the year both on and off of the court.  Make sure a coach is at practice before your Tennis Buddies athlete is dropped off.

In the case of inclement weather, a decision regarding cancellation of practice will be made by 1 pm on Saturday.  Please check this web page for postings.

Practices will move outdoors to Westside High School (87th & Pacific) on June 6th.  Athletes will be divided into two groups for practice during the summer.  Athletes practicing from 4:00-4:45:  Regan, Krissy, Kristina, Holly, Allie, Beth, Ryan, Justin, Jeff, Kim, and Alan.  Athletes who will practice from 4:45-5:30:  Christine O., Angie, Monica, Nicole, Melissa, Leita, Tina, Alina, Nancy, Matt C., Jason, Sam, Matt, and Wyatt.

The Tennis Buddies program has been named the 2008 Member Organization of the Year by the Omaha Tennis Association, the Nebraska Tennis Association, and the USTA Missouri Valley Section.
